ModelSmart Inc. (“ModelSmart”) is a web-based, financial modeling platform used by first-time home buyers, home owners, new and experienced real estate investors, and real estate professionals (agents/brokers) to analyze and determine optimal residential investment opportunities.

ModelSmart was founded in 2022 by Canadian financial and software engineering professionals in order to simplify the decision-making and underwriting process of residential real estate investments. ModelSmart was created for Canadians, by Canadians and is designed to replace inaccurate spreadsheets, back-of-the-envelope math, and US-specific real estate modeling software.
